Mr. Dog Poop: Oh, I got that. What's next? I got a cube steak over here. I don't even have to clean the grill because that's going to be

Jeff Macolino: Extra flavor.

Mr. Dog Poop: Yeah, it's just the same beef so I don't even have to clean it. So, I知 cutting this up probably cut through the plate. I'm not going to give Chris this fat here. That looks too good, I知 going to eat that. I got to eat that.

Jeff Macolino: I think I知 going to make one more thin sandwich. Why not? I got a slice of bacon left, some peppers, and onions.

Mr. Dog Poop: Oh my god. So I cooked it a little more than most people like. It's a little well done but it is a rib-eye. I'm gonna take this over to fat Chris.

Jeff Macolino: Yeah I知 going to construct another sandwich because I haven't had enough carbs today. I had donuts for dinner last night.

Mr. Dog Poop: So, if you're talking about a patty melt. So bread wise I知 a little bit challenged I have rye bread.

Jeff Macolino: Yeah, that'll work.

Mr. Dog Poop: Well, we need to cook the-- so I got a cube steak. I'm going to throw that on there. That should cook pretty quickly. I don't know if you think it's getting hotter as we spend time on it.

Jeff Macolino: I think it, I知 assuming when that green light comes on then it stops heating. I might be completely wrong.

Mr. Dog Poop: No I think it's just up the temperature.

Jeff Macolino: Probably could be it. That's probably it.

Mr. Dog Poop: So patty melt is what? That's on white bread or is it on?

Jeff Macolino: I think you can make it on rye.

Mr. Dog Poop: Well, I知 making it on rye because they wouldn't sell us a loaf of white bread, sold us rye bread. So I知 making the patty and then what? Cheese.

Jeff Macolino: Yep. I mean those are the two main components.

Mr. Dog Poop: So we got those two things and

Jeff Macolino: The rest is up to your taste. I usually put some onions in there.

Mr. Dog Poop: Oh okay. So you're saying put some onions on this cube steak. We're gonna go ahead and throw some onions on there. Is that what you're looking for, like that?

Jeff Macolino: Yeah, why not?

Mr. Dog Poop: Oh, American cheese?

Jeff Macolino: We're putting peppers in there.

Mr. Dog Poop: So we do American cheese?

Jeff Macolino: American does melt the best.

Mr. Dog Poop: Okay so I have American cheese. Well, it's you know processed cheese food by that processed cheese food company. It's not actual cheese. Nothing like processed cheese food.

Jeff Macolino: I will tell you I have never once bought American cheese since I致e been an adult. I had enough of it as a kid.

Mr. Dog Poop: I'm starting to like this panini press. I'm excited to see the egg sandwich. We're gonna do a patty melt here. Yeah, can't be too safe.

Jeff Macolino: I'm spicing things up here with some pepper jack cheese.

Mr. Dog Poop: The one thing I知 going to say, Jeff is this went a lot better than donut maker.

Jeff Macolino: Yeah.

Mr. Dog Poop: This stuff is edible. I mean you already fed your kids. I've fed fat Chris.

Jeff Macolino: Yeah, I got thumbs up from them too.

Mr. Dog Poop: They were happy?

Jeff Macolino: And thumbs up from me.

Mr. Dog Poop: So I need to put the patty on the bread here and then the cheese on top. So I think we probably want to clean it. I'm not sure if any of my staff realized that I was running out of beer.

Jeff Macolino: Oh, getting low.

Mr. Dog Poop: Yeah, it's a kind of dangerous level at this point.

Jeff Macolino: I had this arugula to put on and I completely forgot.

Mr. Dog Poop: And arugula is what?

Jeff Macolino: It痴 like lettuce. It's a little peppery. It's a fancy-boy lettuce.

Mr. Dog Poop: Fancy lettuce. Okay, so we got the cooked thing. We got two pieces of rye bread. Okay definitely could be rye bread buttered on the outside, cube steak in the middle, onions, and cheese. We're gonna go ahead and-- oh yeah. Oh my goodness!
